A fellatio oral sex position is the Deepthroat sex position. Deepthroating, which involves thrusting a penis or strap-on dildo deep down the throat, is made simpler in this posture, hence the name.

The providing partner must lie face up on a bed with their head dangling just off the edge in order to assume the Deepthroat position. In order to reach their partner's face at the end of the bed, the penetrating partner walks there.
