Female Dominance

A BDSM scene or relationship in which a female-identifying individual is the dominating partner or top partner is referred to as female dominance (commonly abbreviated as FemDom or FemDomme). In these situations or partnerships, the dominant female voluntarily assumes control of the subordinate partner. They have authority over the submissive because of their dominance. When the submissive is humiliated or given orders, this power may be psychological. When restraints or painful tools like whips are used, it can also be physical.

Among the several titles or honorifics that a dominating female may choose to identify with are Goddess, Dominatrix, Mistress, Master, Ma'am, Madame, Domme, Daddy, Queen, and Pro-Domme.  Both the kink community and the sex work sector have various origins for these words.

Specific kinks (such as bondage, ballbusting, CFNM, humiliation, facesitting, forced feminization, forced chastity, forced orgasm, and pegging) seem to be prevalent in femdom relationships and scenes, even if they can encompass the full spectrum of fetishes and kinks available.

However, non-sexual service activities like foot, back, and pedicure massages, as well as "chores" like auto repair, can also be a part of femdom scenes and relationships.

The word Female Dominance can be reduced to FemDom. Since at least 1986, when it was used to characterize pornography with domineering females, this abbreviated form has been in use.

Instead of using force, gentle FemDom, another form of FemDom, upholds the dominant/submissive relationship in a loving and caring manner.

More About Female Dominance

Many people are drawn to female domination-like relationships that are female-led, which can be achieved by including non-sexual activities in the plan.

Working together to create a schedule of things you both want to attempt is an innovative approach. Bonding with a partner who is interested in feminine domination can be significantly enhanced by creating this shared list. In addition to non-sexual activities like house rules that the submissive must follow or domestic tasks they must complete, this strategy may involve sexual behaviors that reinforce female authority, like those previously described.

Although a male-identifying partner is typically portrayed as the submissive in talks of femdom partnerships, many femdom dynamics involve female-identifying submissives as well. "Lesdom" may be used to describe a femdom partnership in which both participants identify as female.

In many respects, the submissive has just as much influence over the relationship as the Domme, even though the latter may have total authority.

Make sure everyone agrees to the activities before starting any BDSM activity. Additionally, you should adhere to all safety precautions, including keeping a careful eye on your submissive and using a safe word. Choose a safe action that denotes the conclusion of play if you're participating in activities where it's challenging to use a safe word.
