Klismaphilia
Klismaphilia is a paraphilia in which a person has sexual interest or arousal when liquids enter the rectum or anus. Enemas are most frequently used to do this. Because of its effects on the health of regular practitioners, this specific fetish is categorized as paraphilia. Life-threatening complications and cramps might result from improper technique and unhygienic materials.
More About Klismaphilia
In the early 1970s, Dr. Joanne Denko came up with the term "klismaphilia" to refer to the activities in two client case files. "Klisma" means "enema" in Greek. The rectum is mechanically distended by enemas, which thereby stimulates the nerve endings supplying the pelvic organs. Although klismaphilia has a physiological explanation, nothing is known about its psychological effects. It has been proposed that medications or alcohol given through the rectum are more easily absorbed into the bloodstream and act faster. In their enema mixtures, many klismaphiliacs employ a variety of solutions, ranging from medications to common household liquids like coffee.
